Toasty tootsies
Hardwood floors can make for freezing tootsies, which has led to one of my favorite impromptu morning rituals. Grant snuggles up close and thaws his icy toes on my coffee mug. It wasn't exactly an easy thing to get a picture of, because he's squeezed in beside me, and there's much wiggling involved to keep from burning his toes. It's one of those happy little things I'll be missing in a year or two!

Aw! That´s so cute! I´m so glad you are treasuring these moments instead of getting annoyed with him for putting his feet on your coffee! :D

Nah, I never mind him putting his feet on my coffee mug. When they go IN my mug... that's another story!

That's some balancing act. I know I would end up spilling coffee everywhere!

This is such a lovely shot and an amazing 'shared' moment. You're right. They pass too quick.

Do you ever have a BAD day? Ha ha! I always feel good when I come read your blog, so I stay a long time. :)
As for Little Miss Sunshine, be careful that your kids are asleep because Movie Grandpa is pretty profane. Some adult themed stuff, but such a satisfying ending. I'll watch it again (with the volume low).

Yes! I do have bad days! I just really like to keep this a happy place, so I TRY not to talk about it here. Why do you think I sometimes go so long without posting? If you can't say something nice... (I think we've talked about the Pollyanna Syndrome before).

that is sooooo cute.
Only a mom would let little feet get warm on her coffee cup. :)
Priceless!
Now, we he is a teen---- it may be a different story LOL
