The boys were begging to learn to sew, so I made them cards to practice on and big plastic needles. They loved it! BTW, the green kid was an alien today. In case you were wondering.

These are such a great idea aren't they... And great photos to!!

Happy WW!

The only way to fly!

awww ... that's so sweet!
love the idea!

happy WW

what a great mom you are to make something to keep him occupied!! Great.

Great idea! Happy WW!

Very creative!

Now that's a good idea. I think even I can handle that. You could even make two and have them sew them together once they get the hang of it. Yee-haw -- an art project that I'm smart enough to do!!

I figured he was an alien, but why? hee hee

These pictures are just "sew sew"! Get it? So so! Ha ha h... sorry, sometimes the "corn" in my genes gets the best of me!

Gosh, and you don't even mention the face painting!

You must be a fun mom! I don't encourage my kids to change colors just for fun, lol.

Grayson paints his face so often, I hardly even notice it in pictures. It didn't occur to me that this isn't normal five-year-old behavior?! I guess it's a good thing we're homeschooling, huh? He might get ragged on if I sent him to school all painted up for no good reason!

How cute are they?

Where did you get that great jacket? Love the photos!

I love how Greyson is always dressing up and being a new character. He´s got a great imagination.

Those sewing cards are a great idea. My mom used to make similar ones for us out of plastic ice cream bin lids.
